Oh, there should be no smoke coming out from HK apartment buildings, since central HVAC system is uncommon among residential ones in hk

Needs to be marked as a highrise. This building escapes the no highrise policy, when it clearly is one.

i also think this should be lvl5. it is totally outstanding when built. i do change it myself... no problem, but i don't think that too many people know how to do that.

need more of "hong kong" like buildings!!! maybe "generic chinese residentials" too!

Can we please have variations of this buildings colour. It looks good, but I think some colour would make it more pleasing to the eye. Also, I've had to unsubscribe because there's no update to this.

The problem with levels is, that Level 4 isn't any higher than level 3 buildings but IMO it's stlyle fits level 3 much more. Level 5 is quite luxurious so that would be weird too. Personally I just use a highrise ban if I want to keep the buildings of a district low.

And yes, I'll probably make more buildings like this one.

level 3 are just off, Level 4 or 5 might be just better
120M is startard HK building height, but not in Cities Skyline
your Level 3 building just too high,
two suggestion
1) make it to higher Level
2) make another 1/3 height version
