@Iderik: All growables require the same thing according to their footprint and levels. Same goes for the vanilla (already included in the game) ones.

This building looks very good but it has a tendency to be the only building that spawns for me, looks very repetitive

@Ryhuul : Yes I've been looking at your list (you have seen I've already done one of the buildings in it). SOme of them are interesting, some others... well I think they're not worth it. Oh and you can remove the two "modern villa" ones. If I'm not wrong they're just variations of vanilla assets. ;)

@MotownCountry : I don't really want to make ploppables for buildings that size. I believe the cities should grow naturally. If you still want one at a specific location, you can use the eyedropper tool mod. Just make one of these bluidings grow anywhere on the map and you will be able to copy it to the location you want.

@JoeZuCK : Yes, the nightlights are "randomized" and buildings can sometimes go completely off (even vanilla game buildings, observe them during a night)

The lights after dark goes on and off. First it goes dark then the lights go on, but in the middle of the night they go out. And then on and out again. This is normal behaviour?

and is there a way to decide how many residents can live in a house, i know this isnt a residential but still

@King Josh : it's a commercial tower, so no residents ;)... and growable buildings have stats decided by the game.
