This was an interesting map to work with, but I discovered there are some areas that can't be reprogrammed/reassigned. Specifically the long thin grassy corridors can have surrounding walls removed but that's all you can do with these areas. No room assignment, no retexuring.

First go play prison architic (I can't even spell it)
second Go to the menu and press "Extra"
Then press Shared prisons
After that look for "Eye of the storm" and press it.
TAADDAAA!

@deskjockey Yeah, I don't know, I guess people find it funny to spam... Ah, shame about that. I haven't had a problem with riots or fires starting, but it's a shame that they do so much damage if they do start.

BTW why are there so many bobs here? Also I tested this Prison it failed the Riot and Fire test the center of the building burned and then on a new save Rioters took control of all Cell blocks the rest though was fine. Good job though

Thanks everyone! It holds 200, but you can easily push it to over 300, as there are plenty of solitary confinement cells, and 2 big holding cells. And yeah, there are quite a few fights between inmates particularily around eating and showering times. Just make sure you schedule guards in the canteens and cell blocks around those times ^^
