I used Sun Shafts and Ambient Occlusion, both made by Ulysius. Just adjust the settings and find the right angle for the screenshot! :)

What illumination or other type of mod do you have that makes Cities Skylines look so good like in the last screenshot?

I'm not into making assets anymore, but I can update it. Have no idea how to do it, so i gotta take a look at forum.. It can take a while

If you changed the windows and added some balcony railings this could becomes a really nice residential buiding too. Nice job, really like all your stuff.
