For me this buiding never upgrades to level 3 or beyond.

When cornered, buidlings become very aggresive and dangerous. Never try to corner one unless you've been properly trained to neutralize large fauna.

It looks like a lot of old houses in Berlin. Therefore, they fit well in the Berlin Collection:

wäre es möglich, die Schenkel/Flügel bei einem der Häuser zu tauschen?
Dann könnte man sie sich gegenüber stellen, wie bei einem Tor.
