It doesn't actually add any unique vehicles to the list. You need to find the classic "Mini Cooper" in the list, which is part of TDM, then once you spawn the car, you right-click on it and change the skin with the context menu.
All this mod does it add texture files to the empty texture slots. Any issues with the TDMCars not behaving correctly will need to be addressed to the author of TDMCars as there's not much I can do to fix the base mod itself.
I'll take a look sometime.
If the answer is yes to those questions, I'll consider remaking the mod for that too.
Turns out a Garry's Mod updated corrupted the files at some point. I managed to restore them with a Hex Editor then resave them, along with fixing broken VMT issues that were causing weird reflections.
Additionally, to make up for the downtime, I've added three extra skins based on Minis that were used in various TV spots and promos.
Enjoy!
With an SVN tool like TortoiseSVN, you create a folder on your computer, you tell the SVN tool what URL (or SVN) to use, then it synchronizes your folder with the folders on that URL.
In short, it downloads everything at once and then tells you when the files need updating if the files on the SVN differ from yours.
There are plenty of tutorials online on how to do this and TDM cars is only "officially" installed via SVN.
The official way is by using their "SVN" on that website, which downloads the full addon with around 200 cars.
One of which is the Mini.
Read the description:
This addon requires TDMCars.

2750MB is massive.
You can even see on this submission how big the file size is in the top-right of the page:
File Size - 0.383 MB
I had originally planned on doing the pilot episode texture when I made these two.
Unfortunately there isn't any solid information as to the two paint code colors used on the real car compared to the others.
The best I could do would be to find some Mini paint charts from around the year his car was manufactured and try and guess which colors they used by eyeballing it.
Which would likely produce less than ideal results.
Red: Mr. Bean (first episode)
Applejack Green: Every episode prior and including Back To School, Mr. Bean
Citron Green: Every episode after and near the end of Back To School, Mr. Bean
Uncontrollable as fuck and took off like a rocket.
