It was possible earlier, now wheel's matchpoints are cut off. But you can use this mod for this: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=586546026
It replaces wheels and you can build your car with it and then disable mod - double wheels will remain untouched, just as on this blueprint

I adjusted wheels to recent updates, fixed door not opening after recent updates, replaced LCD not working after recent updates... well, recent updates stuff :D
