Looking good, thanks.

Is it working OK now?

Thanks for looking into it.

I've updated the asset and corrected an incorrectly scaled lod which I believe caused the problem.

UPDATE: This model has been updated to try and solve the spawning issues people have been having.
The illumination has also been updated with a more realistic look. Let me know if all is OK.

I'm currently working on a completely new solution to all the problems I've been having with updating. Sorry for any delay. Watch this space.

I guess the After Dark add-on will refresh things a bit. I used the eyedrop mod to eliminate the spawn issue so everything in my city is progressing nicely.

I appreciate your comments. I'm taking a break from creating assets at the moment but I'm sure I'll get back into it once I get the inspiration to do so.

Well I've got to say, besides the upgrade issue the assets you have created look fantastic! My city has taken on a new dimension of realism. Looking around with the first person mod is like being back in the UK (living abroad now). So, thanks for all your hard work :D

All I want to do is create some assets and enhance peoples gameplay. What happens when thay upgrade is beyond my knowledge. I'm sure someone else could help solve this issue.

I have no idea. I give up!!!

Also having the upgrade loop issue... I've tried everything to get it to work! I have the whole set of these assets and I've even tried cloning extra 2x3 models at level 2 hoping it might upgrade to those instead to no avail. As @bullybeef tried, I also selected tried selecting the exact asset to upgrade to - this also failed to fix the issue. :(

Unfortunately, I am still notcing many 2x3 detached houses are not upgrading to L2. I've tried unsubscribing and even restarted from scratch to test, but alas, the problem reoccurs. Like I've said, it doesn't happen to every 2x3 detached, but many try to upgrade on a loop, until a unselect the L2 house in Theme manager. I've even selected the L2 2x3 Semi-detached and it tries but fails to level up to that model.

I am having the same problem as chrolsen. The 2x3 detached level 1 won't upgrade on some occasions. Also occurs with the semi-detached too. It doesnt occur all the time, so I'm really struggling to understand why. Sometimes, if I do a redesign, I wont notice it reoccuring. I've just tried resubscribing, and will try again.

@chrolsen Hi, I'm glad you like my assets. I'm not sure what is going on with the levelling up as it doesn't happen when I test them. Are you using the building theme I created that includes all the detached assets? (see above). I'm sure you realise that they all need to be subscribed to for them to upgrade. Try unsubscribing, resubscribing and restarting Cities and see if that makes a difference.

Having an issue with this asset and a few of your other UK housing assets (some of them are working fine). When leveling up, the "construction" progress takes unusual long time, and when almost completed the building returns to its previous level. Then it tries to level up again. This goes on and on, infinitely. I have made sure there are level 2+ buildings in the theme with the same lot size. Love your assets, please see if you can fix this!

It looks like a lot of houses in Berlin. Therefore, it fit well in the Berlin Collection:
