Well, What about the loop where its hung from?
You have to use the spawnmenu on the left to look for it. I haven't played Garry's Mod in a while so I forget the menu layout, but it'll be at the bottom under one of the folders marked "addons".

If you have the extended spawnmenu adding that lets you make old style 'legacy' addons, it's a lot easier to find the content and remove it if you ever need to, but just dropping the content into your garrysmod/garrysmod folder is the easiest option.
All you do is just copy the maps/models/materials folders from the Black Mesa mod directory into your garrysmod/garrysmod folder, then accept any overwrite requests. It'll put the content from those folders into their counterparts in the gmod folder. Just be aware that it will most likely overwrite your standard gmod hud and menu backgrounds with the BMS versions, and possibly other things too. You'll need to find them and delete them if you just want the normal gmod versions back.
