I've updated the asset and corrected an incorrectly scaled lod which I believe caused the problem.

UPDATE: This model has been updated to try and solve the spawning issues people have been having.
The illumination has also been updated with a more realistic look. Let me know if all is OK.

Oh, I forgot to ask.... Might you be willing to release some of these as level 5? Or is there a programming reason why we have to control building level? Thanks and have a good night

Thanks a lot...Appreciate your time to explain.
Well...It is about time to start studying then...

The free alternative is Gimp. It's not as intuative as Photoshop but it's free. There is a plugin for Blender that allows you to import Sketchup files directly.

Thank you for your reply.
I am planning to get involved in creating models. I did download Blender but do not have Photoshop. I will download Sketchup too.
If I understand, once we have the initial model, we can introduce it in Blender.
Can we get a fair result without Photoshop...?
Thanks again.

@bluegreenbay Thanks for you comments. I use Sketchup to create the initial model as I find it quick to use and then add the textures in Blender. The textures are done in Photoshop.

Very nicely done ! Thanks for sharing...
What program are you using for creating your assets ?

Looks good. Could you please update your collection to include your new assets? It makes it easier for me to check for additional ones every now and then :-)
