@templeofdoom - You can since UK122 is no longer going to create any asset. He announced it on the millenium dome asset he recently finished. I'm pretty sure he'd be OK with you or someone to carry this on and improve it, providing that you mention him as the original creator. ;)

Very nice at bringing this into the game! I would definitely look at enhancing the textures on this really cool building. Adding a better diffuse texture would be a great start. Also adding supporting textures into your game file such as normal and specular mapping can really make this building pop. Hope to see updates on this building!
