Report a translation problem
go to your game folder: ...steamlibrary/steamapps/common/Total War Rome II/data and search there for vfxtendedv2.pack <--- delete this file, it is the Mod
READ THE TEXT FOR INSTALLATION AND USE
The file at the alternate link (google drive) is identical to the one here in the workshop. You're better off just using that. Place it in the /data directory manually. It will not show up in the launcher, but it will be active. It's already in the necessary format (movie), and the launcher shouldn't convert the pack type (to mod). If I'm wrong about the last bit, or the launcher changes behavior, you can set the pack to 'read only' in the OS.

It works without GEM but I recommend using it too, my own preset is up there so you can have screenshots just like mine.
