That did help. I feel like all this was for nothing. I wish I knew about this sooner but yes, out of what looks about 35 to 40 games in that list only 3 games had checks to them. Everything else has a red X on it. Welp.. looks like I might have to bust out the wallet for this upsettig peice of discovery. Thanks for the help.I really do appreciate it. =/

nono, in the gmod menu, there is like a joystick icon, by clicking it, displays options of what games you want to use, example: if I disable cs:s, I will not be able to spawn or see props of that game

Im not trying to be like, Im failing to understand you, im just not very familiar with computers. Are you talking about like a steam controller joy stick? and are you talking about big picture mode?

Im not entirely sure what you mean by any of that.

uhm, have you "mount" it? by clicking in the joystick icon in the bottom right of the screen in the menu?

I have the textures downloaded from another user who purchased the game and family shared it with me. With the full Half Life 2 game installed into my computer, shouldn't the textures be there? Or do I have to actually buy the game for myself to see the textures? I could'nt imagine that being the case because all my CS:S stuff loads in just fine which is another game that has been family shared from the same user.

do you have the hl2 ep2 in steam? I dont see it in your account, having the no-steam hl2 ep2 version sadly doesnt work with gmod

I have Half-Life 2 Episode 2 and none of the textures in the map are loading in. Even if I uninstall and re-install both gmod and HL2 Ep2. This map and the fourth map have some serious missing texture issues. the rest were fine and I haven't played 7 yet. To anyone who has come across this problem or if the author could lend some advice, I would appreciate it if I could get some recommendations on how to fix this and of course will comment an explaination on how it can be fixed if this ever does. Besides those problems, Great story, Great maps, Good fun. I would like to see more!

Damn, GMod keeps crashing when I go Half-Way into the Zombie Tunnel.

Thank you for the useful tip about mat_specular. Got the light problems on most of this kind of maps.
