@DeltaGe, subscribe to the mods.
Wait till it downloads - quit the game, or it won't download. If nothing happens, restart Steam.
If downloaded, follow instruction on "English Translations Mod Collection" (under "Attention) to enable buttons for quicker mods launching.
Then, click cat-head to see mod-list.
Click mod name to play it.

I'm trying to understand how to install and play them.
