The presets replace some of the existing ones (see the description for details on which ones are replaced). The file is small because it only contains an esp file with the presets.

If you want the faces to look exactly as in the screenshots, you should use the same cosmetic mods I used (listed in the "Mods used in pictures" section)

I loved the Ashara follower’s mod and I was delighted to see this mod because then my character could have awesome presets. However even though Ashara Followers mod works fine this one doesn't, even though it shows up in the launcher, I find no evidence where the presets are. Furthermore, is the file meant to be 22.7kb long. Ashara please answer my request because I would love to try out these presets on my character.

Oni,the face of your characters won't change, These are presets that help you create your character face but once it is created it satus as it is.

Talles and Sarji, to get exactly the same look install the mods I used in the description. To make sure that this mod is installed correctly: deavtiva all other mods, then acces the character creation screen with this mod activated and take a screenshot of one of the presets modified by this mod (for example, Nord female 1. Then deactivate tis mod, enter showracemenu again and take a shot of the same preset. Compare the pictures :)

No Anders, this doesn't modify NPCs faces, they are only presets.

I have to ask: Standalone? Cause I've been searching DAY & NIGHT for a mod that'll make my guy look better. That, & nexus hates me for some bloody reason. >.> (Can never get it to install any mods into my game.)

This mod is usable without the version for males ? From my point of view, a Nord has to look like a barbarian :)

aand you dont have to create a whole new game to change your caracter just click on the cheat engine and type in showracemenu like that and you can change your caracter

I don't know either, Aristetic.

To make sure it is not working: deactivate the mod, go to the showracemenu and take the picture of one of the presets modified by this mod (for example, Nord female 1)
Then activate the mod, launch the game, go to the showracemenu and take the picture of the same preset
Compare both pictures: If they look the same, the mod is not working (why? no idea, it has always worked for everybody). If they are different, it is working though the faces may look a little different in your game if you are using differnt texture or lighting mods than I was using when I took those pictures :)

I don't understand why this doesn't work. This is the only mod I have on at the moment and i've downloaded the recomended files (v50 and Race menu) and even tried activating them one at a time.
