about missing voice lines, it should be fully voiced for all i remember (recycled vanilla voice bits), what was missing?
yep, the quest is triggered by entering irontree mill location, and that's a vanilla location (and the cell it's in in my mod is the actual "irontree mill" cell from vanilla game data), so if more than 1 mod uses it, i guess the later one in your load order will "get" it.

...as for bringing it to life, i doubt so. originally, i planned on returning to skyrim for a bit whenever i needed a break from modding fo4, but now with the game (and with it the remaining user base) split in 2, and me not having the super-duper-edition or whatever the name is, i actually don't really think it's worth the effort to start something new

oh, so cutting room floor's by arthmoor? tough competition :-) (had i known that mod existed before i started that little series here (first heard of it from a comment on my "barleydark farm" mod), i'd probably have not started it anyway, but well that's just how it goes i guess :-)
(or by clicking stuff with the console open, 1st 2 digits of the id identical means same mod, if not, it's another one.)
but: both Steirod and Trilf are VANILLA actors that just haven't been used in the actual game;
and from what i've heard, there's a couple other mods that restore unused content (one's name is stg like "cutting room floor" or along that lines for example), so you apparently use another mod that adds Steirod and Trilf (and whatever location in dragonbridge that may be.), but there's most definitely no more than 1 of each of them in this one.
...so you didn't play the peaceful way i'm taking it? :-)
anyway - play the mod finally, will you? :-))
combined with "2x slower leveling" though...
