This mod just adds a generic .50 cal sound to the m249. Theres no such thing as a .50 cal m249 as far as I know.

I dunno m8 i think if the single shot had the entire sound it would sound better.
Speeding up the sound wouldnt really do much
Im referring to the sound, not the firerate.
It is possible, but you would need to change the fire rate via coding, which I can't do.
Are you meaning to say that the fire rate is too fast? Yeah the fire rate in the video is a bit slower than the fire rate of the m249.
if the video is how it's supposed to sound, it plays about half the sound in the video and then plays it again.
Can you explain more of what's happening on your end? What do you mean by it fires too fast?

Yes, I took the sound in the video above and edited it a bit to make it sound better with the M249's fire rate, as well as a better shot echoe.
