@Tanis you can plop it next to a pre-existing place already within a road network. You just have to be a bit careful and ensure you get the building to plop close enough to the road. I usually will free place it as close as I can until it turns red and then edge it back until it turns blue and can be plopped. I think the direction the "front" of the building matters when placing it on road networks so keep that in mind before starting to rotate it. :D Thanks for your comments and props!

Fantastic building! I have one question though, is it possible to make this building snappable to roads instead of full ploppable? I would rather not have to build my road network around this building.

As you said, you are the creator. Ledge effect or flat wall, for me is 10/10. Again, excellent work !!!

@agusingnavy oh - and I think there are a few tweaks that can be made. :) As the creator I see "flaw" all over it! I think the window ledges could use a more pronounced normal mapping texture yah? I feel they don't have enough shadow going on to really give an impression of a ledge there rather a flat wall. I think the LOD needs some work as well which I hope to have fixed and corrected in the next day or two. That at least is a must! :D
