I really wish a style like this would be default style of low density commercial in the game.

Eh i wanted to ask you something, could you make some lvl 1 buildings with the same lot size as your lvl 2's? that way i would be able to make a mainstreet theme with the theme mod because you have to start with lvl 1 buildings. Especially your 1x3 asset because i cant find any lvl 1 asset that is 1x3
