I don't know if i will make them ploppable. Moreover I think it's on us asset creators to add more variation to the game, so it looks more organic and yes also different. Btw. I had to wait very long and had to demolish many buildings a few times to saw sawmill and farmstead growing up. With fields of trees and farming land around it, they weren't looking so contrasty.
It would be great if you could make ploppable versions of them so one could build a little Dorf or village with these lots as major accents.
