Yeah true that, I miss the wealth level from SC4, degrading and upgrading neighborhoods, rich areas with big mansions,.. that was really well done. Maybe with a different DLC.

Yes, I was thinking the same. Still, would have been nice to have that by default. I also don't like how they associated wealth levels with height of buildings, but the excellent themes mod comes in handy for that too. In any case, loving your assets, keep up the good work!

Well thats were the building theme mod comes in handy. You could use this pack (once its finished) add all the medium density assets from other creators, and simply use it as a medium density zone. There are no limits.

About the low vs high residential debate, the problem is that CS doesn't have a medium category like SC4, for example. A bad choice, if you ask me, because these buildings would be perfect for that.

Thanks again Feindbild! I can confirm these buildings are usually 2-3 family homes. I lived in a couple of them. They're not high density. Larger apartment buildings with 4+ stories would get more people.

Awesome!

Originally, I though about doing level 1-5 residental first, but you are right, its probably better to do some commercial, at least level 1, maybe even level 2. (the plan for commercials is roughly level 1: 1 and 2 storys, Level 2: 3 and 4 storys, Level 3: 5 storys and rich looking 4 storys)

I wouldn't mind seeing some more commercial buildings from you Feindbild. The variety of residential is great, but there's just too few commercial buildings on the Workshop to make the commercial parts of our New York-esque cities look good. You already have a lot of residential buildings with commercial on the bottom floor, so duplicating a couple already would go a long way.

I agree with you Feindbild. 2-3 stories on building like these are definitely NOT HIGH density residential.

Guys, no offense, Im glad about your feedback, but in wich world are 3 story buildings residential high density? There are barely any high residential buildings below 5-6 storys, it would look far to small.

This is planned as a huge brooklyn/Manhattan themed set, using the building theme mod. Level 1-5 low residential will be 2-5 story, high residential is sheduled to start at level 1 with 6-7 storys and end with 12-20 storys at level 5. This way you are able to grow from small town to very high density park avenue style.

Im sorry but there will most likely no high residential version.

Agree with tidzej, maybe some day an alternate version of the set could be made for the low levels of high density at some point.

That being said, you are doing an awesome job with these buildings, and they're turning out beautiful. :D

totaly agree with tidzej ! I would download them for sure if it was residential high density. But.... :(

The buildings looks nice and I would like to see them in my city but they kind of go against what I understand "residential low" as. Would be better suited as low-level residential high but that's just my opinion.
