Yes, I changed every stat, including resource consumption rates. They were designed to be difficult to use on purpose, but they should work. I'll double check the consumption rate on this one later today.

Also, the did you change the coal requirements? Maybe it is a bit much, it went into reduced efficiency status every other week in my game even though my road network is decent enough.

all the coal power plants in my cities disappeared after the collection was updated. Is this because of the name change?
