I think you need Counter Strike: Source and Half Life 2 EP2 in order for it to work.
High Speed Ring would be an awesome addition!
Though I doubt he would add Circuit de la Sarthe because of how big it is...
@Gallardo is right, get your own cars. there are truly infinitely good cars on the Workshop
You have no idea how hard it is to make maps
It's actaully modeled after Texas and Charlotte more than Daytona. Daytona would be too big to make into a Source map, and all of the vehicles don't go fast enough to make it fun to drive.
