It did always annoy me that it's "shoot to kill". They're supposed to be SWAT, aren't they? Everyone knows cops taught to use firearms are trained to shoot to disable, not kill, unless in open combat or in immediate danger. So I think I'll give this a try, cos my cop kicking open a door and blindsiding a petty drug deal with a shotgun blast to the buttocks does seem a little overkill...

Why would you want to follow proper code when you can just blow their brains out?

Hi Red Panda, I am working on a new mod based on the TV show Chuck. I already added three tranq guns with different levels of tranqualizer dosage (still have to figure out how to change the reload time & fire rate to balance them). Even though it's not in the show, I do think the XREP shotgun would also be a nice addition to a non-lethal option is this mod. Is it okay to add these from your mod, I will off course credit you in the description.

It would also be nice if the pepper spray/mace was also a Utility item, is that already a thing or is there someone way that could be done?
