@pauliaxz I don't know about who lives in these houses in Russia, but I use them to recreate East Berlin, and there also educated people live in them for various reasons (near city centre, near lakes etc.). And they look very similar to the above (Thank you so much AleX_BY!), i.e. glassed-in balconies and garish colors.

@pauliaxz, unfortunately irl in ex-ussr countries high aducation is not a guarantee of high salary and good accommodation... :D

Wouldn't L5 or L4 be a bit over-kill? I think it would be enough to be L3 or even L2. Because in L5s in the game lives only highly educated people, while in real life wealthy people don't live in khrushchevkas even if they are renowated ;)

@Tactical_Wallpaper, right :D Well, this is old soviet house after overhaul - in Belarus make this, for example. I'll create 464 lvl5 and it will looks more like new building, but it will just overhaul too. :)
