Have you checked the .esp (and put it at the bottom) in the Data list when you launch the game ? have you been changed into a werewolf before ?

A quick little idea is you could look at the Mimic in Dark Souls and see if that tickles your fancy to make as a werewolf skin. This is great by the way!

Obviousl inspired by Dungeons 2, such a derpy thing, Elder Scrolls needs more trap mechanics for dealing with enemies and assassination marks.
