I really like the new textures this mod provides, but why removing PCs from the Office desks? Now they look stupid in my opinion, I was hoping you could upgrade them to have the PC back. I see that the desks have only 2 tiers, so maybe could you consider adding a PC down/upgrade in the next version ;-)

I really love this mod, only sometimes it breaks somehow. Staffdoors will be invisible and I'm not sure how to fix it. Neither am I sure if they still work...

@Fayti1703: No, dismantling is yielding a full stack (in error).. (Not spawning anything at dismantle event.)

@Fayti1703: Thanks for reporting the minor exploit, I was aware of it; it is an oddness I wish I could take out.. but sadly it is something out of my hands.
-I will go and make a bug report for it at Introversion, as it is a bug in the base game.
-I will add it as a known issue in text above.

Hopefully then the game makers can pick it up in a future update to the game. Thanks again for bringing it back to my attention :steammocking:

Minor bug: When a "paint", "upgrade" or "downgrade" is dismantled (you can do this if it finds no objects to "work" with), it gives five of the respective item, despite only one being required to build it. Can be exploited for infinite "paint", "upgrade" and "drowngrade"s.

Thanks guys! I'm feeling a lot better now; I'm readying an update to this, that fixes the direct-doors, so placing the new doors (from bottom of the menu) will work like it should... The update should be ready tonight or tomorrow!
(Completely my bad, I hurriedly added the direct doors last update!!)

When placing one of the new doors, it works fine. However, if I rotate it, it still opens to the left. Even if I rotate it to open upwards, the door just slides to the left. It still has the correct sprite to open upwards, but it just doesn't...

Hi Senpai! Just prepaired a fix for the blue door (which is wrongfully yellow after placement)... I've not experienced jumping or locking doors... is it always happening at your end? :steamsad:

i noticed a glitch with the staff doors (particularly the blue one you have to unlock). i put it on the proper place doors should go, but once it's done getting built, it ends up blocks away from where i put it originally.

Whenever I try put a sign on a door the sign will say "ALL ACCESS" where it's not all access, the sign wont apply to the door, and it's blocking the door from closing. I'm probably doing it wrong though, lol.

I might make an expansion if and when Introversion manages to fix the current limit/errors you get with running more lange mods together...
-The space left in this mod will soon be filled with Laptops and PC's (to customize desks and have some computer reform)!
-Also the "stack-sprites" for the tools in this will receive an overhaul, making them (subjectively) prettier :D

This mod seems interesting. I've always wanted to make the prison in the game pretty :)

Though are any new floor or wall options also a future possibility? Maybe an option to paint the concrete wall?

Thanks guys! This mod will get a small graphical/logical upgrade a few days after the next version of PA hits Steam...
-Expect nicer stack sprites for the tools and reintroduction of the old jail door, double jail door and solitary door into the upgrade chains!
-Plus {Mini, Upgrade} will get a name change and be updated with some very groovy extra object options!

@Bonk; Sorry to hear about your troubles, but I don't have a service door in this mod(!)

Did any of these mods actually fix anything that's broke? I'm still waiting for you to put a brain in the head of the worker, and realize that you can have more than 20 max sec prisoners in a wing without them all killing each other. Every day. Or perhaps you can allow me to put two or three people in one cell. How about they use the toilet in the cell, and not the floor. They're suppose to be able to eat in their cell, but you take away their canteen and they stave to death. Fix this internet robbery of a game.

@Death4Lyfe I expected someone to ask for this sooner or later... I will add some freely place-able laptops soon! These will fit on desks and maybe even school-desks if I can get positioning right on them!...
-tomorrow though tables and chair customization will be added through a second (very minimal but cool) expansion mod !! Meaning normal/fancy/crappy chairs that all work for offices requirements and tables/benches that can be downgraded to wooden-tables/benches. Both equaly fulfilling requirements everywhere :D -> check reddit for a teaser

Not sure if I fully understand what you are experiencing, but you seem to be able to handle the confict between the differet door mods for yourself... If you have a suggestion on what I could improve on I'll definetly look into it! ...
I am planning on releasing a separate ultra-strog -fault-like door after the current bugs/limitations in the game are resolved. That will be in a seperate mod together with some other paintables/upgradebles.... but yeah, the more variaty the better :steammocking:

the problem is that the others door mods uses the same texture placement, but between them, there is no problem. When I use your mod, the normal door not upgraded or downgraded use textures of the others mods. For Instance, I have fix the problem by deleting the door in the material file, but I would like to get the custom normal doors and I know that if I change the placement (And not replace the old normal door placement), the issues would be fixed. For Instance, I know that at least 3 mods cause Issues: glass wall (the door's texture only, not the material), road sensor and blast door.

Otherwise I really Like this mod, I have just changed the sprites to use the fences gates mod's texture instead of your.

Hi BlueChoc, I let the game take care of the placemennts od textures, I just switch 'subtypes' on objects... if you are using other mods... and both are to do with doors, you are highly likely running into a mod-clash situation!
-What mod do you think it is clashing, btw?

How do you change the texture placement? Cause I have some issues between not upgraded or downgraded normal door and others mods

Signs only work on fenced gates versions of doors. So Downgrade for instance a jail-door to it's fenced-look. And then use the sign tool! (signs only work on gates that are facing you)
-> Think of signs as 'paint' for fenced gates. Equally painting a fenced gate has no effect!

They only work on gates(IE Fully downgraded doors. As for the other I think they only have one type of sign depending on the type of door. Anyways @Brento666 After playing for a while my previous standing still stands, I just with coloring the doors was easier, it is really apperent with the staff doors that have every color of the rainbow on them.
