Thank goodness for this, I was tired of having my roleplaying boards of cities populate by NO CIVILIANS

@Vess They've been incredibly helpful, both the variety and the style! There aren't very many packs that have the variety of races and enemies that you've provided (for example I simply couldnt find any other packs with enough undead models other than yours). My group and I don't mind the difference between the "realism" levels, it's just really great to have the right type of model available. Definitely giving all your stuff a thumbs up rating. As for the making promises portion of your answer, I don't mean to pressure you at all, merely say thank you and make sure you know its appreciated!

@dannie1135: Awesome! Glad my work could help liven up your campaign's atmosphere! I do plan on finishing my PC packs, which will continue to be largely WoW based material. Though lately i've been moving more into creating material from scratch rather than exports. Also, WoW's distinct artstyle can make it stand out a bit compared to some of the more "realistic" 3D models. But that's not to say I'll stop exporting WoW models. I just don't want to make empty promises and I like to explain how and why I choose to work on projects in the way that I do. So to give you a short answer: Yes, I just can't say exactly when atm :MrSkull:

This pack and your other packs are incredibly useful for the D&D campaign's I've been running! Do you have any plans to bring in more WoW models? Specifically enemies that are not player races? Examples: elementals, bosses, etc?

Vass: your awesome bro,..
Vess  [author] 11 Nov, 2015 @ 12:55pm
@Triple: You're very welcome and I don't mind, in fact I'm flattered and glad they helped with your mod. I'm actually a fan of the Conan universe and use it quite a bit for inspiration! And yes, I'm currently working on a monster pack (alongside a PC hero pack and building/fortification pack) so I will make sure to include some giant snakes/serpents! :steamhappy:

Hey NaCl, firstly thank you! Second, I just noticed your request and ill be happy to tell you more about what to do 1-1 but ill leave some brief detail here as I did in my Town/City pack for a similar question. My 2 main sources for models (For the sake of consistency in style) have been WoW and Dota 2. Model viewer and the Source 2 Editor have been useful resources for getting obj's from either game but it's not a perfect process. For WoW, HoM&M V and Dark Souls models. all assembly and editing is done in Blender. For Dota you have to use the Hammer editor. When you want to extract a model(s) from games that don't have accessible Objs I go in with 3D Ripper DX, take a 3D screenshot and take whatever individual models I want and separate them in Blender.

I know im probably terrible at explaining this but I can straighten out the details if you wish to message me :MrSkull:

Hi Vess, Great work on the models. i got a question for you i tried adding you to my friendlist but no accept :). What i wanted to know is if you ripped them from the model viewer or did you use some other method to extract the obj/raw from the game itself ? Reason for asking is that i want to use some models from other games for my d&d grp as well
