A lot of mods have gone down or are no longer available, like Sammuramat of Assyria. Any chance of reupload?

I've been away from Civ V for a bit but I'm having a problem with these Mods. I've done everything I can think of but for some reason NONE of TarcisioCM's mods are showing up.as playable Civs. I've reinstalled the entire game, verified the files, deleted the mods cache, removed the civs, reseubscribe and redownloaded but they won't show up in either the normal screen or the Really Advanced Set-up Mod screen. Any thoughts? I realy want to play with Bulgaria, Germany and the Ottomans for a WW I themed game.

Is there a way to translate this mod? I would like to translate it to german, it would be much more comfortable for me using it.

Alas... Since Communist Bulgaria, one of the Socialist civs ChampiKhan has supposed to start developing is already removed by retrocity5 from the "List of Unreleased civs", ChampiKhan failed to do the modding on time.

Sorry... No Communist Bulgaria civ... No Eastern bloc civs, so sad...

Bulgaria has to declare war on the AI because it's targeting those cities that have borders with Bulgarian cities. So when you declare war on Carthage and you have the city of Varna next to Utique, you'll get a "Bulgaria targets Utique" notification, and conquering Utique will give you a boost in happiness.

This mod is in BAStartGaming's Europe AI-Only series right now! I mean, it got destroyed, but that's Civ 5's AI handling skills for you. :P

Question about the UA, does this mean when the person playing as Bulgaria declares war, or just when war is declared involving Bulgaria? For example if china declares war on me, will i get the bonus, or would i need to declare war on them before they can?

Absolutely love this mod. Good colourscheme, fun trait. Havn't seen the AI in action yet, neither the units, but they look good.

Is this compatible with the newest version of Cities in Development and Rise to power? i see its compatible but that was back when both mods went under different names. Just wondering is the newer version of those are compatible.

You speak of a notification when you declare war. I didn't get one (I was close enough). Note that I am using Bulgaria in a multiplayerpack

@TarcisioCM, well then it's just a point in time when Bulgaria was weak with a weak unpopular leader. In either case variety is always good.

Report: Another Bulgaria civilization is in the works by ChampiKhan, the modder. That will be led by Dimitrov. This is mainly because a wave of civilizations during the Cold War are on the production run as of now.

Are you guys doing a WWI series, with this and Mehmed V and all? Just wondering cause I put together a collection for WWI Major Powers and those two just pretty much completed it.

6 tiles or so of a Bulgarian city. A notification will show up when you declare war marking the valid cities.

How close is "close to Bulgaria"?

@Tnesniv Yørel A war is considered "consecutive" if it is declared within 50 turns of the previous. The bonus increase slightly for each war.
