The one thing from Empyrion I'd like in Space Engineers.. Animated blocks that can be mesh animations, so we can have cooler blocks with fancy animations than what we have now.

The game itself has a lot of issues, especially when moving fast and in other situations which can causing phasing.. I tried out empyrion which is just like space engineers but not as laggy...

I am going to restart in a new world and let ya know. One of my ships phased through my base all the way into the planet for no reason. Time to start anew. It is not your mods at this point. I believe Keen released a bug into stable by accident. Either that or Klang is getting hungry.

I hear ya. I would do it myself but I barely get enough time to play as it is. I get about an hour or two a week. And that is usually when I am working.

Annnnd that's part of the reason I've picked up modding Fallout 4. I still support SE, but when I release mods that are working for me, regardless of how I try to break them, they break for users, simply from downloading them and things breaking, it drives me crazy.

Ok update. I deleted all the mods from my list and got the same message. I believe Keen may have hosed up mods in the stable branch anyway. :( oh well. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

If a subpack doesn't work, I suggest locating the 9digit .sbm file in the mods folder in appdata and deleting it to force a redownload. For whatever reason, SE some times fails to properly download mods, especially after large mod updates.

I was using the master pack. I switched to sub packs and some work but others do not.

They 'should' work in stable because, they work in stable for my testers. That error message that they were released in dev and may cause issues isn't so much an error but, it's more of a warning. Are you using the master pack or the subpacks? If you're using the subpacks, do some of them show up, but some of them don't?

Having issues with your Mods now unfortunately. I am in the Stable version and they stopped working. The error messages state that they were done in dev and may cause issues.

I almost ended up getting the trion ozx or whatever because the performance is a bit faster, quite a bit less expensive, but it only has a 3 year warranty compared to 5 on the sandisk and is only rated to 260tb rewrites vs 320..

Also, with the amount saved it was less expensive than new-egg and other places with it.

Originally they were going to do something similar to costco, forcing people to pay for access per year around $50, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. When they started they did a referral program to get people to sign-up but there isn't any referral system in place now.

Bad ass dude! I only have a 240GB SSD, but it was donated to me. It's made modding so much faster. I swear by the things now. Wish I could get a 1TB SSD and get rid of my HDD.

@magadash, it's all my stuff. If some people load my Master Pack, load times are very long. Load times are much shorter for those same people with all the sub packs instead.

Yeah, the only reason I've not turned my stuff into conveyors, is cause it causes lag if you have too many conveyor paths. If I just made all my walls conveyors, it could cause significant lag for people like me with lower end computers. The problem you run into, is what happens when you want a door, as doors can not have conveyor ports running through them. A floor or ceiling block series that acts as conveyors would be much more reliable and easy to place.

ok then, so I would have to rely on other floor blocks with integrated conveyors to get around the wall block that doesn't have conveyors due to the system in it and reroute to the next wall that did?

A single block is presently limited to a single type. So, a single large block can only be a conveyor or a light block or a door or a etc. The only time you can break this rule is through programming your own block type however, that presents the problem of, the devs then have to merge your custom block to the game, so it's vanilla.

Messaging me anywhere pretty much sends me a notice. Whether it be here, Skype, Discord, the forums, as long as you do the proper notification technique appropriate to the source. So long as you post on one of my mods, I'll get a notice.

I'm not sure which mod page would be more recent to ask this at, but would you happen to know if its possible to have interior wall blocks with secondary type ID's so that something like a wall with a light (or LCD, PB, console w/chair, etc) can also contain working conveyors within? or is every block limited to a single type ID? I don't mean the subtypes but the regular ones.

The reason I ask this is because I was hoping to get good with blender and try to make a mod of my own for the game, but I don't know that much about the techniques used for this game's files yet. I got some ideas for a great ship/station interior but I'm still new to this.

Later, when I get more made, certainly. As it stands right now though, there is very little extra stuff in the MISC pack. I plan on adding more extendable ramps, and that's probably when they'll get their own mod.
