Ugh, no idea, last time I tried it (2 weeks ago) it was riding fine... the problem is that I can't fix an issue that I can't see :(

same here as toxicbluesky, no power whatsoever to wheels. Of course brake is off. Have tried everything i can think of and it just won't move. maybe something with the latest update? thx in advance.

this is probably a noob thing, but I cant seem to get amy power going to the wheels... they are on and propultion os check. quick fix?

@LeonserGT Been fiddling with your design literally racing this thing as hard as i can, i've found that replacing the entire floorpan of this buggy with blast door material and caging the cockpits in the same material will strengthen this buggy by a huge margin. it can literally withstand a crash from great heights and high speed collision with other vehicles. like 300m/s crash perhaps something to think about for future versions. cus before i'd literally hit a small rock at speed and the first thing to always go was the cockpit and thus the driver as the metal around it deformes and thus damaged the cockpit. that blast door shit doesn't deform, it just breaks when its had enough, kinda like carbon fiber

4 timers for each rocket launcher: 1st timer - shoot once from launcer 1, toggle itself off, toggle on 2nd timer; 2nd timer - shoot once from launcer 2, toggle itself off, toggle on 3rd timer and so on. All of them united into one group, you add this group on toolbar with "trigger now", that's how it made ;)

@Dealman, it's all decorative - small wheels must be ~50% construction models, not finished, same for piston tip

I stripped some parts and it turned out fine, Leonser. I simply had to find the location of the 2 blocks and it was no problem.

I'm curious though, underneath the car you have a few small wheels - what purpose do these serve? And the piston inside the container? :S

@Dealman, weird, try "show only buildable" in projector to find it. I dumped building my cars in survival because of bugged suspension, when wheel can't appear =/
@FatHaggard, hm, for me "indestructible blocks" feature don't work for collisions, only for weapons =(

Got it working! Thanks for the rad plug-n-go vehicle :D no speed limit + planets! My friend and I spent probably 2 straight hours driving these all over with destructible blocks turned off :)

Cool design but absolute nightmare to try and weld in survival mode, seems like the programming block and remote control block are put in such a way they're always missed if you try and weld with a welding ship. And not knowing where they're meant to be doesn't exactly help either :thinkcyto:

This is, by far, the best-driving ground vehicle I have ever used. It's perfectly tuned. Excellent work! The only way I can see to improve is some thrusters to allow it to hover for those "Oh shit" moments.

so i don't know why every vehichle on a planet with suspension wbbles in place but this was the most stable wheeled vehichle ive used. thanks for making this! I slapped ore detecting equipment on it and it has been invaluable to me!

Will anything on wheels ever perform well on land? I've tried to make a rover which turned out alright, but nothing was on it and it's supr light duty.

Update: Do not reccomend driving it faster than 200Kp/h. It has a tendancy to bounce... Love the firm suspension but it doesn't cope well with speed mods 8D

@Dana "P" is the handbrake key use it to stop your vehicle for good. Once inside you have to press P to turn it off.

Also. 10/10 This buggy was AMAZINGLY fun to drive. :D

@tyriael_soban, thusters for more stability, I just used to them since source code planets... Not sure if they really needed tho :)
At least, upper ones are definetely useful - to prevent to high jumping

Hilariously enough, if you get her up to full speed you can kill yourself with your own rocket barrage - i do have one huge ass question though, stability, is this an issue of weight or is that why you have the thrusters on the top of her? my little pos buggy cant turn at speeds over 90km/h and for what it is, the wheelbase is huge :(

Two more controls added to smooth out the ride since then but the basics remain.

Same can be said to any ship/vehicle, if you will crash it in every obstacle. Also, who forbid you to adjust wheels settings for yourself? There's no universal wheels setting, I never saw car from workshop where I didn't change wheel settings just as I sit in it.
