@Arrowthebest, so you go into the context menu and you select a skin, correct? What is the issue there are no skins or the skins are not showing on the vehicle model?

To change the skins, hold "C" and right click on what you want to customize, and find what you want in the drop-down list. It should be in bodygroups.
