Hmmm...there are a lot of workers and a lot of students, but otherwise it's just a regular school. Perhaps crime rate is related to # of workers and # of students.

This is great! However, there seems to be an issue with the crime rate rising very quickly in the building. I don't know if I'm the only one with this problem or not.
