Report a translation problem
There is a newer version too, but they're not really significantly better.

There's nothing wrong with the model, or the other models that do this, they just don't work at all for certain people. It only usually happens with high poly and highly detailed models, so it may just be that they're too much for some people's PCs to handle.
I know it's not a great answer, but that's the only conceivable reason I can see that this keeps happening.
I think someone said they managed to fix it by going into their options and changing the model quality settings or something, but I can't guarantee that'll do anything to fix it.
Does anyone else have this kind of problem? Is it just me?
It's quite a high-poly model, so it might be causing problems for older PCs. Some of the higher-poly models in my Black Ops vehicles pack had similar problems for some people.
Try getting someone else who can generate the spawnicon to send you the icon so you don't have to generate it.
