I spoke too soon, I just found models of Finn, Rey, and Kylo Ren, as well as Stormtroopers and Poe Dameron. They're not rigged but I may be able to change that.

And to the one who asked me to make Finn, I didn't read your comment, unfortunately I could not find any models of him, sorry.

Oh, I did not intend to include a specular map, I was testing it... guess I forgot to remove it, you should be able to do it manually by going to "usermod\materials\models\nengalore\bb-8", find the file "Lens.vmt" open it in a text editor, and remove the line that begins with "$envmap". Sorry for the inconvenience.

There are Kylo Ren mods for some games, I believe, that would probably be the best model we could find that would actually be rigged/riggable. However, they're quite bad quality models.
And, I used Blender to rig BB-8.

So there is full models. Well that's good you say that. But I need to ask you two question. One, may I have a link to full-body Kylo model? And two, what do you use to rig BB-8 and other possible models?

Yes, there are models of helmets. And there are some full body models, but I have no experience in rigging a humanoid character.

Oh, my mistake. It's only helmets. I could still possibly help you find more models, though.
