I agree with Taylor620, every time a loterry starts again everybody who's premium (or both f2p and p2p) gets 1 random ticket (the better ones are more rare) and they gotta purchase more for more entries, maybe some sort of limit to how much entries per person.
And the same person isn't able to win twice in a row.
