Why is it hidden? Can you un-hide it, perhaps with a warning for anyone subscribing, if it is still broken/out of date?

The .XML file is still on Workshop. It's just Hidden. If you subscribed before then, you should still have it subscribed and can continue:
Enable cloning.
Ignore grey missing errors.

Can't make this work. City Theme Prismatic Future mode is offline. 30 assets gave me the missing error. Some assets cannot loaded.

reported bugs with build theme mod.
needs updating, anyway. i dont have all DLC to continue. :P

Aw man, what happened to the Prismatic Future city theme that is the basis for this collection?! It was so good but the author removed it. :(

A nicely thought out collection that fits your desired theme very well. I was surprised not to see the Tyrell Corparation building, Bladerunner Police Station, Soviet Havana Embassy, or the Fogbae Tower here. You should check them out, they might fit in well into your collection. A good one...
