@BillyShabindigo - Unfortunatley i havent played the game in a few months now so not sure what is going on.

I put these in my city and since the update, they say that they aren't loaded. I've gone in and made sure they were all activated.

Perfect, I was hoping someone would do some more bungalows! The only other houses I really need are those ubiquitous 60s/70s semi detached houses with the tiled fronts.
