actually they wouldn't take any metrocop to nova prospekt because in NP(nova prospekt) there is really critical prisoners in there (Resistance leaders/commanders etc.) and we know CP's are humans and humans can do everything we know resistance Metrocops such as Barney and theese metrocops (such as barney) can set all the prisoners free but the combine soldiers and elites are not humans they are combined from the species the combines has taken so they cant decide what to do they just obey the rules
