To add further information, the Ultras and Kamen Rider, both influential figures in the Tokusatsu genre, came first.

V Gomora is a kaiju from the "Ultraman" series. Ultraman is a kaiju series, just like Godzilla is a kaiju series also. Ultraman and all of those other kaijus kinda look like the Power Rangers but evolved.

Makes you think that: Had the suits of Red King and Gomora had been less deteriorated for use in "The Littlest Hero", Gomora would had hated Ultraman's guts to no end.
