I’ve converted this building to RICO, but the smaller one part of Pearl became color variable. Can you give me any solutions?

Is there any way you can fix the LOD please? It's pretty noticeably blurry:

@skoshukov Hi! I do not live in Dubai so unfortunately I can't take the car to take a closer look on the buildings I'm about to make.
I'd be happy if you could explain more in detail what you'd like to see, because I'm right now not really sure tbh :).
Isn't JBR the shortening of Jumeriah Beach Residence which are those high residential buildings located along the beach in the Marinas? And the beach hotel is that wave-looking building next to Burj al Arab?
As said, I'm not living in Dubai so I might have mixed things up.

@OfficiallySuron Great, I am not sure if you live in Dubai however the great place to strat would be the beach hotels and then create the JBR it self, I am not sure if you know about WTC (US) But the author seperated the model in to the different sets, you could split the parts by the names for example Set 1 Shams or Set 2 Bahar. Also you said that there could be a problem with the balconies, you coud make them like texture or have a look at the WTC (US) as the author made it look so briliant even with tiny objects. @skoshukov Yeah actually I'm planning to make one or a couple of buildings in the style of JBR in the near future. Still has some things to do on my Marina Torch model, then I'll probably start doing some of them.
Unfortunately a high building with many baclonies will result in high tris-count, so I will probably not do identical 1:1 buildings.

@officalSauron This is so cool, I live in Dubai myslef, do you think creating JBR will be a great idea? but as resedentional? Hope to se it!

@No Dread It's definitely a cool mod. Although I'll wait for a while to use it so that all the major bugs are fixed.

@FourteenChief Do that :) I'll probably to a 1:1,5 version of every building eventually. Right now my main focus is to make enough Dubai buildings to start my city.

Awesome, but have you considered using the RICO mod to make it actually residential? That would be even better :)

Yeah I've had your model for a while now. Been waiting for the opportunity when there are enough Dubai-style buildings to give my city a nice dubai-vibe.
Can you remeber if you had scaled your model 1:1 or did you just go with what looked good?

Might be thinking of doing that in the future. It's a bit more complicated than what it usually is.

Wow...Yep, enormous. It´s a nice modell but too big for my city. Will you publish a smaller version? Well done anyway.

@templeofdoom As per usual I was having problems to add images directly after publishing the item. I believe I've added the total tile-size in the description btw :)
