I'm currently constructing a small server mod package for the use (exclusively) on my upcoming dedicated server.

I wanted to ask you if I may use the models of the 1x1x1 small hydrogen thruster and the 1x1x1 small sloped hydrogen thruster for my server mod package. Of course, You will be credited for your awesome work and I'll put a link to this site.

I have total understanding if you don't allow me to use them, because I'm a modder myself.
My plan is to use those two models for two types of a special ion thruster which I would like to offer for building rockets etc. on my server.
I would create and use own models, if I could. But I'm having issues with Blender. :(

you can't in game, you can however change the color by adjusting flameidle and flamefull x,y,z rgb 0(black)--1(fullcolor)

Hello, I've been playing around with these lately and have been trying to recolor the thrust to orange to match the ship I am building. I haven't seen any way of doing this and some help would be appreciated. Thanks ;)

Hey, your mod crashes my game on develop 1_166_012. I had to go through a lot of testing to find this out, if you could find a quick fix that would be awsome, cause I imagine there are a lot of people out there who are wondering why their saves are not working :)

The game dies on loading the texture, so when the loading screen dissapears and you have a ship that uses those block, or if you load into a new game and equip one of the blocks in the toolbar it also crashes.

thruster damage is really low on these, they were destroying themselves with normal damage. Yes safe to use, they do still have damage.

ah....The model of the Large Hydro Thruster (3X3X3) is all black now, plus the flames are pumping to the wrong direction aswell, any fixes?

I even tryed it with large blocks and the result was the same, i think its caused by the thruster damage but i leave that up to you :D

I dont know about other tiers but Tier 4 thrusters keep exploding if you put blocks around the top of the thruster (where the flame is)

I also had a thruster explode/disappear randomly with nothing in the way and no impact. I was just floating in space in lunar gravity and it went boom. I wan't even in the ship or flying.

@Shawn1989, I think Tofuman meant that a block too close to thruster end will cause it to 'pop'. Anyway I have moved the thrust dummy so hopefully the 'popping' stops.

Hey, do you think you might be able to produce a hydrogen thruster variant with vastly reduced fuel consumption and thrust to match, for use as RCS thrusters? I personally love the look and sound of hydrogen thrusters above all the others, but I find a lot of times that they actually end up being TOO powerful for my small ships when it comes to careful maneuvering.

Maybe you didnt leave enough space for the thruster damage. Thruster tends to explode if the block behind it isnt deformable.
