Ofcourse, those torsos can still have all types of arms.
Do you think they conflict with your mod such that the powered helmets are still hidden?

good mod, will use that from my next playthrough.
Used that to my advantage. Made a ranger equip the EXO armour, but appears in civilian attire. When he runs he sounds like an android. I like it :D
