Is a known issue with old class mods - needs update since the DLC or they won't equip new armours. (DLC introduced a different slot type for armour, which the old class mods don't account for)

For some reason after the 1.2 patch, it cant equip any armor after upgrading to predator armor.

Understood. I just had an experience with a sword-wielder that didn't have the slash skill in another mod. Ran up to the enemy and smacked it with the butt of my rifle (due to the beatdown mod). That's an experience I don't want to duplicate, though it was funny once I understood what went wrong.

We wanted to give you the choice of long range assassin or close quarters assassin. This is shown in the two skill trees 'Hitman' (sniper style abilities) and 'Ninja' (ranger style abilities). Some players may prefer to use their assassin as a sneak attack sword weilder, rather than a long range sniper. This is why squadsight is optional.
Unfortunately we already have 2 skills with squaddie assassins: Phantom, as it says in the skill tree, and Slash, which is mandatory for classes with a sword.

I really want to like this class. I'm using your other classes. My problem with the assassin is that I will never, ever have one with shadowstep, because I can't make a sniper character that doesn't have squadsight.

Did you ever consider putting Squadsight in the squaddie slot alongside Phantom? There are a few classes with multiple squaddie-level skills now.

I loaded a save and started the very first mission over. None of the squadies had ranked/leveled yet but when the mission ended two troops bugged again. No way to even see what class they had been assigned. I uninstalled and reinstalled the mods before reloading.

After the update it seems that characters who are already this class can't be used. It will still work if you promote rookies, train them in the GTS, or purchase someone of this class. But unfortunately this problem seems to be a regular thing with class mods and we don't know why it happens. During testing anyone who was the class before an update kept the skills they already had and levelled up as they would have originally, so we don't know why it doesn't work, and we're sorry if it's caused inconvenience.

So I guess your mod just broke on me. It's just showing empty spaces by all the skills :/

We may look at changing the class name. And the reason the stats are so high is because it is a difficult class to use without them. A class that can't shoot after the first move needed the other stats to come up. With this class you either don't move and shoot from range, or you have to slash the enemy, which can be dangerous

With 75 aim, Slash, Phantom, and a full 6 health, do you think this is a broken class? Why would anyone take a Ranger, when they can have 9 more aim plus Phantom for free?

I think you should consider better balancing the class, or else put up an OP disclaimer. I'm all for supporting people making classes, but I like to know if it's balanced, or else it can ruin my fun.

Thanks for making it, but I'll disable it until it gets a nerf.
