Hey mate, honestly couldn't tell ya.
I haven't loaded it up in quite in a while and with the whatever updates and expansions that have come out since, as well as how other mods interact with each other, could be a bunch of reasons.
Hey mate, glad to hear you like the mod, I've included exactly that info in the description as follows:
"To edit the probability of recruits having a certain flag go into Drive:\Games\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500 and search 'Add', this mod is 'AddLoyalistLegions' and in Config/XcomGameBoard.ini change the unit weight values to whatever you desire."

I've got one question tough, is there any .ini file I can tweak so the game only displays the one variant of some of the chapters that i like the most? (eg space wolves). I'm a bit of an un-clutter maniac... Usually there would be some XComContent.ini file, which is the one I t've used in other mods, but can't find it in this mod though :/

On a light unrelated note, I recently took a photobooth pic after a supply raid and captioned it "Hey, ADVENT... Thanks for all the toys!!!"

That would be a great help mate, I don't think it should have a problem as my flags work with the other DLC but I have read WotC works slightly different. I don't own the expansion myself so please get back to me once you test it.
Currently busy with work but I'll see if I can't get it working sometime within the month, will need to redownload the Modder. No promises though :)

As for why recruits come up with the flags, I just changed the 'UnitWeights' which determine the probability of recruits having said flag. If it really bugs you, you can go to
YourDrive:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\623755352\Config and under XcomGameBoard.ini change the 'UnitWeight' values as desired, so if you don't want a certain flag popping up, just go a really low number.
As for the second half, you lost me there aha.
Secondly: is it intentional that all of the recruits comes up with those flags? like i don't mind having full team of salamanders and black angels, but gad deam it, WHY DO THEY ALWAYS BURN ALL THE STUFF, I need some of those supplies and swapping just one of them with a psyker creates just a sea of promethium and screams "HERETICS"
Possibly, I have tutorial for just that saved somewhere, will be looking into it once I get the flags out, no promises though. Don't wanna get your hopes up but thankyou. :)

They will be coming once I finish up the Adeptus Custodes/Mechanicus, which should be coming sometime later tonight, I have guests over atm so I'll probably start the traitor legions tomorrow. :)

It ain't actually required, I just post it up for people who come from my individual flag mods, and want to unsub to them so that they can have this one single compilation. This is so they don't break their saves although everyone should know by now to backup your saves when using mods, sorry for the confusion.
They are on my list of Successor Chapters to do so yes they will, but probably not for a while.

Possibly in the future once I learn how to mod in the other stuff, right now it's just flags I'm afraid.
