There's a modshadercache.upk file in the mod that needs to go. It serves no purpose for a voice mod, and adversely affects performance, while also taking up nearly 90 MB of space.

Messing with the skill names ruins the mod for those who just want the voice.

Not to mention that it's probably a viably option for Nep-Nep to just say the names when using a sword(15 quotes per action, chosen randomly, sword usage has quotes).

Alright I am looking into it now, thanks for the clarification.

Reiterating that this voice crashes the game. Prior to the very recent update, it worked in Preview before starting the game, but not when actually changing the character's voice to the set.

Now, it won't even work in preview, and still crashes the game when setting the voice to English Neptune.

@Yamino Takamaru: The other goddesses eh? Well lets leave that for another time. I should be fine in terms of dealing with the japanese voice clips because the english ones I used are labeled the excat same way but just with an e on the end to indicate english lol. o wo b

@Chiyuto: That would be awesome. Would also be awesome if you'd then do the other goddesses too...and well, if you're not sure about the meaning of the Japanese sentences you might want to use, I might try to help by translating them roughly - although that tends to be a bit difficult at my current level for Neptune herself. (but most should be ok)

@Yamino Takamaru and @Vulture I mainly did the English voice as a proof of concept because I haven't really modded games before this. So I wanted to at least understand what I was modding in since I discover some audio clips I don't remember ever hearing in the rebirth games. Though seeing how well this turned out I might actually try modding in japanese Neptune since I don't mind either voice.
