Report a translation problem
This mod can't identify properly that you only add the some properties in this XComUpgradeReminder.ini like below.

The only issue , it shows weapon upgrade needed for Psi Operative, but she has weapon fully upgraded. The others classes are fine, all the info is correct.

Still, the bug somewhat reminds me to double check things anyways lol
but it seems like there's an issue when you use mods that add alternate items/mod everything, the icons stick around even though theres nothing to upgrade.

1) The bond/cohesion icon is occupying the same place as the PCS icon, so it is hidden. This can be fixed in the existing mod simply by changing the positions of the icons in the .ini file.
2) The higher fidelity of the bond/cohesion icons really drives home how crappy the ones in this mod are when they're sitting side-by-side.
Ideally I'll be able to put out a single update for the mod that will work with both vanilla and WotC and adjust the placement of the icons accordingly, but we'll see if I end up getting stuck and needing to split them.

Works well too with the WeaponUpgradeIndicators mod (indicating the tier of the upgrades installed) ... both of them are "must have", so yes: thanks for your job, guys :)

The PCS icon not showing when you have none in your inventory. In order to show you need to have a PCS in store, none in your inventory, and have researched the required tech to equip them.
I have 2 issues with your mod:
- on the team selection, the first soldier is always showing a yellow icon even when its gun is already updated
- for the green PCS icon, I never noticed it, even on soldiers that are not equiped with (but maybe it is due yo the fact that I dont have some in stock any more in my inventory ?)
BTW: I'm playing in French, is there some language issues ?
