Colonial Marine voices
Colonial Marine armor
Colonial Marine weapon - Pulse Rifle

All working for WOTC
Aside from actual xenomorph enemies, just need this class to work for WOTC and ....we are done!

So is this for LW2 or Vanilla..anyone still playing vanilla at all ? As for WOTC finished it on legend/Iron with no lost soldiers or missions..so that has no durability

oh my god, orbital strike?, awsome i was really confused why Xcom couldent drop just a few grenades from a skyranger but a Orbital Strike? 10/10

@tier56 The armour isue is due to the latest patch. Until the patch is updated, there are work-arounds you can add to the code yoruself if you're happy to do so, but hopefully the author wil update it soon.

It seems that I can't give Colonial Marines any armor suits. I'll see if it's a compatabilty issue or not.

this class is OP as fuck lol. Especially the last ability Orbital Strike. That ability is extremely powerful oh and Ripley's Charge, that one is pretty useful in the right situation.

@Blood Try setting the ORBIT_ENV_DMG to 0. If it's still crashing after that just replace the skill in the XComClassData ini.

From "Orbit" to something like "RapidFire".

@Onmale It's on the todo list. I'll be extending the range slightly and widening the hit in some test runs to find a sweet spot.

For now you can tweak this in the ini if you'd like.

- Same config folder as before.
- Open XComGameData_SoldierSkills.ini
- Change Length/Width value by 2-3. Save.

I really like the colonial marine here some observations :

* Could you improve the scatter of explosive ammo, I understand it's close combat skill, but i end up hitting only 1 alien in most cases.

@Onmale Just tested it and yeah see what you're saying. I'll be sure to replace CF with a custom skill or something that the AWC can't hand out. Here's two fixes.

1 - Retrain the soldier in AWC and it will let you pick any skills it possibly skipped over. It will still lock in CF in the tree though.

2 - Go to your steam folder.
------------------steam/steamapps/workshop/content/268500
--one of these folders will have Colonial Marine mod in it.
--Go to Config
--Open XcomClassData.ini
--Find "CoveringFire" and replace it with "CapacitorDischarge" and save.
--Retrain soldier in AWC.

Ok so in my playthrough the colonial marine got a free perk with awc, it was covering fire who is already in the bughunt tree. I think it making the game bugged (promote soldiers is now kind of bugged).

Any ideas for a GTS skill for this? Maybe something like bonus Armor and Hacking, so it's safer and more reliable to rush them in to hack that station or whatever?

Steam Workshop is really clunky, but if you put this on the Nexus then people can use Nexus Mod Manager with it. I'm currently running 40 mods on my game, all of them are from the Nexus and make use of the Mod Manager.

Have you tried to use the scanning ability on this mod? It may be something else, but I've tried it twice, and both times it's crashed my game.

Is it a problem with this mod, or is it only an issue for me?

@Jimmy Worked a bit at making one in testing. For now Capacitor Discharge fills the role.
