@Walter White, ive learned how to make new abilities and i have created my own cloaking without overwriting any old perks. If interested let me know, i'll put together a youtube video.

In what file did you change DeepCover to cloaking? I am trying to learn how to either alter existing abilities or create an entirely new one.
