There's already a LW2 version out I think, from a different author though.

If there isn't one out now then don't expect a new one to be made, new LW2 mod's aren't really a thing anymore because

A: Most Modders moved to WOTC since it has better mod tools and you can't have both WOTC and Vanilla modding tools without it taking like 200 GB on a computer

B: LWOTC is going to be a thing pretty soon, in beta right now so it's not on the Workshop, it's likely that if any further LW2 mods happen it's going to be for the WOTC port

C: Kobazco is no longer an active Xcom 2 modder, their last mod was uploaded on May 2017, so it's unlikely they themselves would be making an update at this point.

One of the cool things with the new update is that you can push the AdventPSI to a lower force level around 8 (M2) and the new one at the same time. You'll get PSIs all around in a campaign!

I love this unit, but (and I apologize if this has already been pointed out) have you noticed that the "reveal" camera for the unit repeats EVERY time a soldier comes near a Psi Advent? Bit of a nuisance.

@ADVENT Avenger I haven't been playing XCOM 2 for a bit thanks to Dark Souls, but if you did find a way to solve it, that's pretty awesome. I'll definitely pick up this enemy for my next campaign.

@Ritsuka I think I fixed your problem, let me know if Solace affects MECs anymore. I added the condition ExcludeRobotic.

@Kobazco I fixed camera problems which I thought were due to this mod at first. The camera kept pointing to the Advent PSI back and back again. I think it's fixed now with these changes

Yeah I would have to rework Solace, and im not too good with custom abilities yet. I'm thinking about making it so they don't show up in pods with mecs and vise versa tho.

I'm guessing there's no way to make it so that solace won't affect robotic units, right? Also, does it remove shutdown, or just hacked control? I'm enjoying the demolisher mutons, elite vipers, and breacher mecs (though by the time the breachers show up, I'm loaded with bluescreen ammo, so I haven't seen what one actually, y'know, *does* just yet), but I've been hesitant to add this one because of solace, and I don't even use psi ops.

oh I am running Better Advent mod + Improved AI 1.45 so the psi part is pretty much covered. Sectoid are spamming heavy psi attack left and right. Mind shield is now a must.

Also, the Advent role is pretty a drone/pawn/puppet. I find it a bit less believable when the alien actually actually use them as psi-troop. Maybe you can add Sectoid Prime or Sectoid Commander if you want a super-psi enemy in the game?

a little bit redundant since we already have a psi unit for the Alien in the game. I love your viper, MEC and Muton addition though. Maybe you can add a robotic class to Xcom 2, just like how Xcom EW has the robot

Hey, I think there's a small typo for UntetheredLeaderSpawnWeights (setting it to 232, where every other spawn weight is 32). I think this make Advent Psi operatives x7 more likely than you meant for the "untethered leader" position, whatever that is.

So, wait, is that the Psi Amp light giving them a purple hue or is their gear actually shades of purple? Because the main preview image makes them appear to have darker gear and I like to preserve the Advent troop's color scheme of red, white, and/or black. Lol

Either way, looks awesome, it'd be awesome to see new units from you in the future!

Even if that's what it was before, Tygan's voice files still exist for dissection, encounter, and one more that I can't think of offhand; you should check it out, it's toward the end of the audio dump iirc.

You should call it the Psi Witch and add research for it; there are voice lines for an ADVENT "Psi Witch" (presumably a removed unit) for both research and encounters.

I just encountered my first psi-op and I loved how it entered the map via a rift... very cool ! Also, I like the solace ability on it as I have to adapt my strats rather then play the same way. Well done!
